The project for the Nordeste Municipal Market focused primarily on modernizing its facilities, which comprise a butcher shop, a fish market, and a fruit and vegetable stall. In addition, a covered outdoor square was introduced to serve as a transitional space between the street and the commercial units, fostering interaction and a sense of community among market-goers.
The architectural approach combines traditional language with a contemporary expression, striking a balance that enhances the local identity. The choice of blue as the dominant color was intentional, giving the building a distinctive character and allowing it to stand out within its urban surroundings.

The choice of a roof slab with these rounded lines breaks the rigidity of traditional forms and harmonizes the house’s volume with the surrounding landscape, creating an organic silhouette that subtly blends with the natural environment.
The house is further distinguished by the selected materials, with a predominance of wood on the façades, which conveys a warm and inviting atmosphere. The minimalist design is complemented by large glass surfaces, offering stunning views and direct access to the pool, establishing a seamless connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors.
