CL House stems from the search for essence, transforming a restrained scale into a true experience of intimacy. Within this single-story retreat, the rigorous optimization of space transcends mathematical function to become a precise choreography. By freeing the floor plan from physical and visual barriers, we designed an interior of pure fluidity—a continuous and serene place where natural light flows freely and the different moments of everyday life breathe in an uninterrupted dialogue.

Outside, the volumetry finds its voice through a poetic interplay of contrasts and textures. An elegant canopy, unapologetically white and luminous, projects with lightness, extending in an organic embrace over the body of the dwelling. It is this protective architectural gesture that envelops the deep cladding of the dark panels, creating a material duality that anchors the house to the ground and grants it a presence as quiet as it is striking.

Expansive panes of glass dissolve the boundary between the built and the natural, extending the interior coziness to the outdoors. The result is a serene retreat, where the refinement of lines embraces everyday living in an authentic and balanced way.
