The KT Lots project is an intervention that aims to divide a property into 4 independent plots with about 750.00 m2 each for the construction of four-bedroom houses with parking, a swimming pool, and an outdoor area.

For this, it was necessary to overcome the slope of the land, about 5 meters above street level, and study the accesses to the lots to optimize the public areas to be built, such as streets, sidewalks, and parking.
